About CHRIS DAY
Originally from London's East End I now live in Hillingdon West London.
By day (and evenings) I am a driving instructor, but at all times I am a very keen photographer and always have some form of camera with me.
Many years ago I had a home darkroom where I developed, and printed, both colour and black and white films. However, the costs of the materials, plus a house move, meant I was no longer able to process my own images.
I still used my trusty Nikon F2 as often as I could but again costs meant I restricted myself to the amount of photographs I could take.
Since the introduction of digital photography and the digital darkroom, which coincided with me owning my first PC, I have had a number of compact cameras and was able to start to enjoy photography again.
I placed some of my images for sale on a number of websites, but of course the quality of the images from early compacts left a lot to be desired. So in March 2010 I took the plunge and bought my first DSLR, a NIKON D5000 (it just has to be a NIKON),
I am now well and truly back into the world of photography and I hope you will enjoy the many varied images in my portfolio.
PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT give permission for any of my photos to be PINNED to PINTEREST, nor do I give permission for my COPYRIGHT to be infringed in any way, and will use whatever means required to recover losses incurred!
