Royal Britannia Naval College. Dartmouth is a unique and historic port. The town is full of boutique shops and galleries. The town is world famous for the Britannia Royal Naval College which over looks the town and river. Dartmouth Castle has guarded the mouth of the river for over 600 years. On the other side of the river is Kingwear which has a steam train service too and from Paignton.

Originally from London's East End I now live in Hillingdon West London. Many years ago I had a home darkroom where I developed, and printed, both colour and black and white films. However, the costs of the materials, plus a house move, meant I was no longer able to process my own images. I still used my trusty Nikon F2 as often as I could but again costs meant I restricted myself to the amount of photographs I could take. Since the introduction of digital photography and the digital darkroom, which coincided with me owning my first PC, I have had a number of compact digital cameras and was able to start to enjoy photography again.
